Road Trip

The weekend before last saw me making my annual visit to Liverpool for the Slamm Jamm competition at Rampworks skatepark. As per usual on these short skate trips I did my best to keep camera to eye at all times and document the weekend as much as possible. We got stuck in tons of traffic but only one quite major injury occured which is good going considering the way things usually go. I also managed to find a roll of film from Sweden that I thought I'd lost, more holiday snaps up soon.

Finland

My brother is currently living in Finland and had a week off so I flew out to visit him last Monday. We caught a boat to Sweden part way through the week and then I flew home from there. I think I may have mislaid one of the films I shot there but hopefully it'll materialise soon as its the one with all my pictures from the boat. Here are a few pictures from Finland, Sweden pictures to follow.

Times gone by

More often than not I end up shooting more film than I can afford to develop and scan and so seem to have a constant backlog of pictures waiting to come to life. I've recently been able to develop a load of film that I had from over summer and found time to scan it. The only thing missing was actually be able to go in the darkroom to do my own prints and contact sheets. I'm really enjoying shooting lots of film again and continuing to explore how to get the best from it, which I imagine i'll be doing for as long as I keep taking pictures. (click images to enlarge)
